For applications that need the toughness of TPO, but do not necessarily need the high melt strength of a premium product, PMC offers an affordable line of Utility products. These grades posses the low temperature ductility characteristics of their engineered counterparts, with improved economics.
Features and Benefits:
- Lower priced raw materials provide more cost effective options without sacrificing desired low-temperature impact performance.
- Can be used in conjunction with all the various TPO performance cap layers, offering versatility.
- Similar forming behavior as SEQUEL E3000 and other earlier generation TPOs, allowing for “drop in” processing & shrink rate.
Applications:
- Cost-sensitive programs
- Parts that do not require additional melt strength enhancement
