SIMONA PMC Hires Joshua Schroeder as Engineering Manager
We are pleased to announce the hiring of Joshua Schroeder as Engineering Manager, based in Findlay, Ohio.
Josh will be leading the strategic direction for the company’s engineering and maintenance functions with a constant focus on continuous improvement and the need to remain competitive with respect to performance, quality, cost and reliability.
“We’re excited to have Josh as part of our team. As our business has grown, the scope of our projects and equipment needs have grown as well. Josh’s track record in project management and maintenance program development makes him an ideal fit for the Engineering Manager role. His high energy and can-do attitude will make him a cultural fit here at SIMONA PMC as well,” said SIMONA PMC President Eric Short.
In his previous position as a Project Manager at Fort Amanda Specialties, Josh developed extensive experience supervising and handling multiple projects while developing new business strategies.
“The SIMONA PMC team has seen a huge increase in demand for its products. Josh and his team will support Operations in helping the company satisfy our customer’s needs,” Eric said.
“The entire world has been in a state of chaos since the arrival of COVID-19. SIMONA PMC has done an excellent job at minimizing the chaos and continuing to reach new and current customers. I am optimistic about the future with the continued success,” Josh said.
“The most important goal I plan to accomplish is to act as a positive agent for integrating greater productivity, efficiency, cost controls and analysis into current systems.”
