Amy Brandon Appointed to Director of Human Resources for SIMONA AMERICA Group

As of February 3, 2025, Amy Brandon has been promoted to Director of Human Resources for SIMONA AMERICA Group, reporting directly to Adam Mellen.

In this expanded role, Amy will oversee human resource “HR” functions at the group level, including our three U.S. companies: SIMONA AMERICA Industries, SIMONA Boltaron, and SIMONA PMC.

Amy first joined SIMONA Boltaron in October 2008, shortly after graduating from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Over the years, she has held various roles from customer service to inside sales before transitioning to Human Resources Manager in 2014. In 2024, Amy successfully completed the International Leadership Circle, which is an intensive, 18-month leadership training program.

Under Amy’s leadership, we will align human resources across our U.S. businesses, ensuring amore unified and supportive experience for our team. In this context, Amy will continue to enhance employee recognition programs, advance recruitment and retention efforts, and strengthen leadership support. She will also align key HR programs such as onboarding, training, and employee benefits to foster a more cohesive experience for our work force.

At the global level, Amy will collaborate with Kirsten Discher and HR colleagues to drive key initiatives across the organization. We would like to congratulate Amy on this important announcement and wish her every success with these new responsibilities.
